Vegetarian & Vegan

Fribourg has many restaurant dedicated solely to vegan or vegetarian cuisine. Moreover, most of its restaurants offer vegetarian dishes on their menu such as the Pérolles and the Auberge aux 4 Vents. In other places, it simply takes asking for a re-adaptation of the dish to suit specific tastes.
